Course Description
Anger has at least 4 levels, namely hidden anger, angry expression, angry words, and violence. This course covers anger assessment, the causes and sources of anger, avoidance strategies, positive anger management tools, and the path to personal peace.
Course Learning Objectives
At the end of this course, learners will be able to:
- Assess his/her anger
- Understand the roots and sources of his/her anger
- Apply the steps of anger management
- Reach a higher level of personal peace
Course Format and Faculty
Course Format:
Online linked resources and lectures available anytime, 24/7. Includes one multiple-choice exam taken at the end of the course. A passing grade of 75% is required. Upon passing, learners may print their certificate immediately.
