Drug Abuse Prevention Courses
Klimes Institute offers a comprehensive series of continuing education courses in Drug Abuse Prevention for nurses and healthcare professionals. Whether you are looking to fulfill a 3-hour CE requirement or earn a full 30 hours, our drug prevention courses are grounded in research-based principles from the National Institute on Drug Abuse and are designed to equip you with practical knowledge and prevention strategies you can apply in your professional and personal life.
Our Drug Abuse Prevention series covers the full spectrum of substance use topics from tobacco and alcohol to marijuana, addiction, and spiritual health, all framed within evidence-based prevention principles. Courses are available individually at 3 CE hours each, or as a complete 30-hour mastery course.
All courses are available online 24/7. Study at your own pace, take the self-correcting exam, and print your CE certificate immediately upon passing. A score of 75% or higher is required to pass.
3-Hour Courses: $21 each Ten individual modules covering wellness, tobacco, alcohol, drug abuse, addiction, marijuana, prevention values, and more.
30-Hour Mastery Course: $63. Enroll in D01: Drug Abuse Prevention and gain access to all ten modules plus a comprehensive 60-question mastery exam.
